Southern University Alum where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training. Scarlet went on to take her board exams & obtain her state licensure as a Certified Athletic Trainer. After graduating, Scarlet worked as the head athletic trainer for a professional soccer team in Statesboro, GA. Throughout her college career, Scarlet found an interest in yoga & has been teaching regularly since 2017. Since then, she received her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Scarlet has a love for any & all kinds of movements & workouts. Scarlet has been with us for three years and had clients of all demographics. When Scarlet’s not training with her clients, you can find her managing the front desk or teaching our group fitness classes & if she’s lucky, working out on her own!

Uriyah Davis is a University of North Georgia Alum, she has her bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a focus on health and fitness. Since graduating in Fall of 2021, she has been working in the fitness industry as a stretch practitioner and group fitness coach. Her work as a stretcher has sparked a passion for stretching and sharing the importance of recovery for the body. When she is not teaching classes or working out here at DFC, you’ll find Uriyah at home with her cat Sebastian working on her latest crochet project or playing Pokémon.
Nya grew up doing gymnastics and competed level 9 before retiring! She first gained an interest in strength training and fitness when she was 15 years old. This interest quickly developed into a passion and since then she has been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to help people be the best version of themselves both physically and mentally! She obtained my CPT in May of 2022 and have been training with clients since then and she has loved every minute of it! You can find Nya in the gym training clients or getting her workout in early in the morning before her classes at the University of North Georgia!
