Deep Clean Schedule

During the following days, we will be closed for a scheduled facility wide deep clean.

April 4th at 3pm to April 6th at 12am

Yoga

Cardio Boot Camp

This is a 45 minute weight training class focused on building full body strength by utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight movements. This class is open to all levels and able to be modified to meet you wherever you are!

 Fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training. Small targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions, and light weight or resistance. Pulsing with a focus on major muscle groups including the arms, legs, glutes and core.

Upper Body Boot Camp

 Cardio blast is a group or circuit style class focused on making you move and sweat! This class can be high or low impact, utilizing aerobic benches, body weight movements, and light dumbbells (>10lbs), and suitable for all fitness levels.

Upper Body Boot Camp

This is a 45 minute circuit style class focused on building upper body strength and stability by utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight movements. This class is open to all levels and able to be modified to meet you wherever you are. 

Restorative Yoga

Upper Body Boot Camp

Lower Body Boot Camp

 This yoga class is available to all levels and will help increase flexibility and mobility while working on strength and balance. You don’t need to have any knowledge of yoga to attend. This will be a slower paced class, focused on holding postures. Feel free to use our mats or bring your own!

This is a 45 minute circuit style class focused on building lower body strength and stability by utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight movements. This class is open to all levels and able to be modified to meet you wherever you are.
