This is a 45 minute weight training class focused on building full body strength by utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight movements. This class is open to all levels and able to be modified to meet you wherever you are!
Fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training. Small targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions, and light weight or resistance. Pulsing with a focus on major muscle groups including the arms, legs, glutes and core.
Cardio blast is a group or circuit style class focused on making you move and sweat! This class can be high or low impact, utilizing aerobic benches, body weight movements, and light dumbbells (>10lbs), and suitable for all fitness levels.
This yoga class is available to all levels and will help increase flexibility and mobility while working on strength and balance. You don’t need to have any knowledge or level of flexibility prior to attending this class. This will be a faster paced class. Feel free to use our mats or bring your own!

Pilates is an exercise which focuses on strengthening the body with core emphasis. Working through postures, balance and flexibility. Mats are provided, this class does not have a limited attendance and no experience is required!
A circuit style boxing class suited for all experience levels! This class incorporates small skill work (sometimes with a partner), bag work, core and arm strengthening, and cardio. The class lasts 1 hour with a warm and cool down included. This class can accommodate up to 12 people. No experience or equipment needed!
This spin class has a twist! The 45 minute class is broken down into 30 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes off the bike. While on the bike, you’ll do a series of jumps, sprints, climbs and everything in between. When off the bike, grab your weights for light full body movements. Our class accommodates 8 people. No experience is needed for this class!
An instructor lead stretch and mobility class focused on improving flexibility, moility, and maximizing recovery. Class will be a 45 minute full body stretch including static and dynamic stretches. This class is suitable and recommended for all fitness levels.
